"We purchased a queen size Natural 4y4s ago, Gave it to our grandson, it was firm and we loved it. So we purchased a king size natural with factory foundation. It is not even close to the previous bed ,for being firm, hoping this unit gets better or did we make a $ 3000 mistake."
"The mattress is comfortable in the middle and left and right sides. You can really tell they fortified the springs. The head and foot of this mattress is the problem. It sinks in a lot. Without many more pillows than what I have ever needed, it feels like your head is below your torso and then I start getting headaches long term."
"I love it. So comfy. Now fake plastic and no chemicals no fiberglass hazard. I will say it’s a little heavy and the price is wayyyyyy too high. But so is everything else in life. Great mattress."
"We live our new mattress. Both of us had been waking up with sore backs and that has completely disappeared and both of us are hot sleepers and with our new mattress we no longer are sleeping hot. Love this mattress."
"This mattress is a wonderful mattress. It is just to firm for my sleeping needs. I contacted Birch and they are so great getting me the correct mattress and setting up the exchange. A Wonderful company to work with."
"I've always wanted that extreme comfort of a high quality mattress and now i have it. This bed has been worth ever penny simply for two reasons. 1. No more back pain. I've had back pain for 4 years and its no more(only change in life being the bed). 2. the most comfortable I've even been sleeping with my partner of 11 years. We don't hardly notice each other moving in the night. No more being woke up because someone moved or got out of bed. 10/10 will be recommended this mattress to everyone."
"Can’t tell if I like it or not yet. It’s very hard. Definitely good for back sleepers, might be good for stomach sleepers, awful for side sleepers. I’m pregnant and a mandatory side sleeper so I had to get an extra mattress topper. My husband is a combo sleeper and doing well."
"I spent weeks researching mattresses that were healthy and natural. I have high standards and as a side sleeper who does not like sinking in but prefers a firmer feel, this mattress checked all my boxes."
"Two important points i Love the mattress but when they could not take back my brother's box spring he lost money."
"We had two replacements and mattress still had springs poking out of sides. It’s disappointing because we really wanted a mattress that is non-toxic/low tox for our daughter and every replacement we got had the same issues."
