Not worth it

"I wanted to love this pillow and I’m sad it took me over 30 days to realize it wasn’t for me because I lost out on getting my money back for a pillow I just don’t love /: this pillow is unlike any latex pillow I’ve ever used it goes completely flat it also has some hard lumps in areas which is really weird to me. Using it for back sleeping I got no support then if I rolled to my side I would completely destroy my shoulders so I didn’t find it useful. I know it’s mostly for back sleeping but even on my back I was waking up with headaches or back of skull pain. I wanted to love this pillow but unfortunately it was too flat for me and I lost out on $ so that was also disappointing."

No refund received

"The pillow wasn’t the right fit for me so I submitted a return and was told to return it to a charity for a refund which I did and provided documentation (that part I liked and thought was a great concept). I was told the refund was submitted but I still haven’t received it yet and it has been well in excess of 10 days. I just submitted another request to the support team to get this corrected."

So small and flat

"I had hi hopes for this pillow. Boy was I disappointed. The outer case is very nice. The pillow itself is so small and flat. It's so small in fact it doesn't even fit the outer case. It feels like you could add a whole extra pillow inside and it just might make it fuller. Very very disappointed and for the price 😕 I expected a lot better."

Turn pillow during break in

"I wish I had been told to rotate the entire pillow and sleep on all sides during this first month. Now, only 2 sides are pretty good and the other 2 are very hard. They hurt the side of my face. I wish i could start over again w a new pillow."
