What is Our Mattress Return
& Exchange Policy?
Open up the box, (no need to keep it!) you have 120 nights to try out your mattress. We ask that you take a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to your mattress and break it in.
If you don’t love your mattress after 30 nights, our sleep experts will recommend a better match and organize an exchange of equal or greater value.
Note: Foundations, frames, & sleep accessories like pillows and sheets must be returned within 30 days.
How Do Returns Work?

2. We'll Organize a Quick Removal & Refund
Our sleep experts will reply to you via email within a few business days. We’ll help you find a better fit, on us! Or let us know if you’d just like to return and we’ll organize a quick refund.
Note: If you decide to not keep your mattress, we will charge a pickup fee of $99, which will be withheld from your refund.
3. We'll Remove Your Mattress
Don’t keep your box, don’t lift a finger: our movers will come get your mattress from your room & remove it from your home. Just tell us when you’re available, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Nope! Once your mattress arrives, feel free to dispose of your box. In the case of a return, we’ll come collect your mattress. It will not go back into the box.
If your mattress or any other product arrives damaged, please click here to let our team know and we will be happy to help with either a replacement or other solution right away.
If you'd like to return your mattress, our team will be in contact right away to explore your exchange options or to help schedule a pickup of your mattress at your earliest convenience. The returns process typically takes 5-7 business days to complete.
If you opt to return your mattress, we will just ask for confirmation that your mattress has been picked up and we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your method of payment.
