Returns

The 100 Night Sleep Trial is our guarantee that comes with your Birch Luxe Natural Mattress purchase. After trying your mattress for 30 days, if you are unhappy with it, you can return it for a refund within the 100 night trial period. Since all new mattresses have a break-in period, we require customers to keep the mattress for 30 nights before initiating a return.

Please note: there is a $99 removal fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

We recommend avoiding the use of a traditional box spring directly under your mattress. Instead, we suggest using either a solid platform bed or a slatted foundation with firm, flat and thick slats, to properly support your Birch mattress. No matter which support system you choose, the slats should be no wider than 5.5 inches apart, as that could cause sagging and could potentially void your warranty. Learn more

We created the Birch Foundation to take the place of traditional box spring and provide a complementary natural aesthetic for your sleep setup.

Natural latex hypoallergenic and anti-microbial: it is not susceptible to molding and accumulating harsh microbes, and acts as a natural barrier to dust mites.


We recommend, however, that customers with a latex allergy consult with their medical provider before purchasing.
