What if I want to return my pillow?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your pillow, we will do everything we can to make it right. Go ahead and sleep on your pillow: you have 30 nights to try it out. What if something is wrong with my pillow when I get it?

Our Organic Pillow can be spot cleaned as needed. Please do not machine wash or dry.

The Birch Organic Pillow is assembled in America with foreign components including latex sourced from Sri Lanka, wool sourced from New Zealand, and fabric sourced from Canada.

What if I have a latex allergy?

Natural latex hypoallergenic and anti-microbial: it is not susceptible to molding and accumulating harsh microbes, and acts as a natural barrier to dust mites. We recommend, however, that customers with a latex allergy consult with their medical provider before purchasing.
