How It Works
1. Place Your Order
Choose your preferred In-Home Setup & Removal services and add to your cart. The services you choose will appear as a line item in your cart once successfully added.
2. Schedule Your Service
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Birch confirming the items in your order and providing additional shipping details. You will also receive a separate email from our In-Home Setup & Removal Parter, LoadUp, allowing you to schedule your appointment.
Please note: All products from your order should be delivered to your home prior to your scheduled appointment with LoadUp.

3. Your Service Is Completed
On the day of your scheduled In-Home Setup & Removal service, the LoadUp team will come to your home and assist with your chosen services. Please note, your In-Home Setup & Removal service must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service in order to receive a refund. In-Home Setup & Removal cannot be canceled or refunded within 24 hours of your appointment.

Our In-Home Setup & Removal service is limited to zip codes serviced by the LoadUp team. Because LoadUp's service area is ever-expanding, we are not able to provide a list of eligible zip codes. On the cart page, you will have the opportunity to enter your zip code and check your availability for our In-Home Setup & Removal service.
In-Home Setup & Removal is limited to our larger products, including:

- Foundations
- Platform Bed Frames (Wood Frames)
- Adjustable Bases
