Please note: mattresses purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for this service.
Accidental stains such as:

- Make-up, Nail Polish, Cosmetics
- Human and Pet bodily fluids
- Rips, burns, and punctures
- Common accidents from children or pets
- Breakage that causes structural breakdown
The Limited Lifetime Warranty protects against manufacturing issues such as defects in materials or workmanship. The Accidental Damage Coverage provides additional protection against everyday mishaps such as spills, stains, rips, burns, or structural breakdown, which do not fall under the responsibility of the manufacturer.
