This upgraded natural & organic model is a premium latex mattress made with organic cotton, organic wool, and organic cashmere in addition to durable, natural latex. We’ve added a few key upgrades to the construction of each layer, providing you with the highest quality natural sleep system around. 

Maximized comfort and pressure relief

The Birch Luxe Natural Mattress combines layers of natural latex, organic wool, and organic cashmere to provide a perfect medium-firm feel. We use premium 100% natural latex to provide essential pressure relief at your hips and shoulders for side sleeping positions while still maintaining enough support and responsiveness in the surface of the mattress that you’ll never sink too far or feel stuck.

Boosted airflow and breathability

But how much does all that pressure relief really matter if you’re sweating all night while you sleep? The Birch Luxe Natural Mattress features three distinct comfort layers to maximize breathability throughout the body of your mattress. The top is an organic cashmere and organic wool blend layer and the two immediately below it are identical layers of organic wool. Collectively, these increase loft in the body of your mattress and allow for air to more easily travel throughout and keep sleepers comfortable and cool while they sleep. 

On the surface of each Birch Luxe Natural Mattress, we’ve added a plush Euro Top that is covered in a matelassé cotton weave that looks beautiful, but is still breathable.

Enhanced steel support

Just like the Birch Natural Mattress, the Birch Luxe Natural Mattress is built on a base of 8-inch individually wrapped steel coils. In this premium upgraded model, though, we’ve added even more support and durability reinforced edge support for a sturdy feel across the full perimeter of your mattress.

The Birch Luxe Natural Mattress also includes zoned lumbar support in the coil base, offering additional coil density across the middle of the mattress where your hips rest, helping keep your spine in line and feel supported in any sleeping position.
